Summer Sails
Tasting Notes
The wind whistles through the outdoor bar like a regular making its rounds. Sunlight dances across the surface of the sea, untouched by the sailboats drifting beyond the break. You watch, quietly admiring the captains and how they turn the summer breeze from sun relief into something artful, something useful.
You wish you could bottle this moment.
The foam of the coast. The smell of seafood, the salt and sun washed murals. The echoes of Old Florida, full of color and soul.
Bob Marley plays in the background, reminding you not to worry. But here, you didn’t need the reminder. Stress doesn’t live here. It must have missed the address entirely.
The bartender catches your eye. He sets down a chilled bottle of Summer Sails with a knowing nod.
“Take this when you need to come back… bright, refreshed, relaxed...wherever you are.”
There’s plenty to go around. So how will you take yours?
Chilled and ready to pour. Over ice, perhaps. Or with a splash of St. Germain, like the guys out on the water
